Contact Info Update for Apr 5 and Apr 6

Cell phone only contact on Tues (Apr 5) and Wed (Apr 6); only e-mails marked as emergency will be reviewed on these two days. Normal contact and response times back in effect as of Thursday April 7, around 3am PST.

In Seattle contact point

When I am in Seattle, I can be reached by postal mail at: PO Box 19762, Seattle, WA 98109 USA. I have access to all California phone #s while in Seattle so please continue to use my CA phone numbers.

Fax change

Got rid of the now old fax service, so that number (-4014) no longer works (or will cease working on or around the end of this month). An e-mail is being sent out to clients with a working fax number to be used when necessary. In general though, the preferred method of sending documents would be via electronic mail or upload them to your Control Panel. The goal is to eventually not even have a fax contact point.

Non-Client E-Mail/Contact Response Time

Response time for non-client e-mails/contact messages is progressively getting longer due to the increase in e-mails/contacts. I try to respond within 24-48 hours, but to be safe, I am going to extend my anticipated response time to within five (5) business days.

As usual, I will be hard to reach from Christmas until January 3rd. Best contact method will be by cell phone. Leaving a message or fax will also be better than e-mail as well.

Support over Thanksgiving
